If you paid with Credit Card via Stripe, you should get access to your purchased product instantly. The same about MercadoPago, unless you pay with some payment methods that can take longer. Check this list:

If you pay with Bitcoin, it will take about 10 minutes to be confirmed. Perhaps your purchase has already been approved, and you don’t know yet. Check the status of your orders in the Your Orders menu. If your order hasn’t been approved yet, contact us via chat, email, or phone.
